Do you remember where you were when it happened? I remember very clearly! My first born was down for her morning nap, I'd just finished up with shower and getting dressed, was going to catch a few minutes of the morning news….
I remember calling my husband at work (a professor,) he was headed for his next class. I told him to forget class and head for the nearest tv. He did and so did everyone else. While I was watching live footage, we all saw the second plane hit the second tower! I wanted to wake my baby and go hide in the concrete culvert pipe behind the house!
